SF cutting some ferry service due to diesel costs

San Francisco Bay ferry service says if diesel prices don't come down they will cut one weekday trip a day between SF and Vallejo estimating it will save them 250K in diesel costs. The 11:30 ferry typically has the lowest ridership so it's the most "expendable".

They said they are considering further cuts but for now if diesel doesn't come down they will make that cut and evaluate further cuts.
