I luv how they try to justify their claim by saying they can change the amount on a whim, and when within their very add it quickly shows the proposition that says "both" houses have to vote to change it. And please tell me what politician their name on an adjusted bill would have that changes the 1-billion-dollar tax to any middle-class income.
and btw, what is there to change on a one-time tax?
