Well, she can work herself back to congress and make it an annual thing.
In my opinion, this is the time they got it mostly right. A lot of times when they say tax the rich it starts out taxing people making 200K. That's not the rich it's the middle class, even if it was 3 times as much, it's still the middle class.
A tax on billionaires simply is not going to affect most people, just the billionaires. I know I have nothing to worry about.
