Colorado took him off the ballet in 2024 but scotus allowed him back on. This time a bunch of states would keep him off the ballet, at least 10 states. And he would have to battle all of them to stay on the ballet. And I imagine a lot of states would keep him off come hell or highwater (screw scotus) cuz the rules are in black and white and many people have no problem going up against corruption.
If trump makes the decision to run in 2028 he is making the decision to start a civil war.
