I think the states that would keep him off the ballot would be states he can't win anyway.
Would Michigan and Pennsylvania keep him off the ballot?
Other questions:
Would state put him on the primary ballot?
Would the QOP actually nominate someone with all the issues about a third term?
Will he be alive in 2028?
