Take Arkansas.

Fayettville Population is 200k. The whole state has 3 million. The University has an enrollment of 27k.

Greater Los Angeles area has 18 million. The University has 44K enrollment.

We have the numbers to be competitive with just about any University in the country. Why aren't we? I don't want to hear there's too much to do in LA. I love the Dodgers and Lakers but I still watch every UCLA game.

I blame marketing to our student population as the #1 culprit. Also winning! Win and they will come.
