He saved his job with an unlikely 2021 run to the Elite Eight after finishing 6th in the Pac-12.

He hasn't seen a wiff of the tournament since.

I guess we will never see Wayne Tinkle coach against Danny Sprinkle in Hinkle Fieldhouse. No Tinkle vs Sprinkle in Hinkle. It was always a longshot.
