Don't understand this at all...

but it's being reported/rumored that the NCAA (?) is toying with the idea of voting/grandfathering in "5 for 5".
The thing that caught my ear on a UCLA podcast (don't know the name) was that if this is true/passed, Bilodeau could return for a fifth year.
