He had Bailey on such a short leash for most of the season that he was reluctant to initiate anything on offense. And Bona was yoyo'd in and out of games. Bona also didn't really develop at all under Cronin. He started out as an athletic rim protector that committed close to 5 stupid fouls a game and had a limited offensive skillset and was drafted as an athletic rim protecting foul machine with a limited offensive skillset.
