2018-2019 is when the athletic department went bankrupt. Think that's an important fact, perhaps? Recruiting takes money so an organization in bankruptcy will be a weak recruiter.

Bankruptcy can be a good thing is the purge is allowed to follow. None of that happened at Ucla. It's still bankrupt.
