I wrote this 20 years ago, back when I used to post on BRO. It created a lot of controversy at the time. Despite being a lifelong fan, I walked away because what was happening was obvious.
I stopped giving a sh!t. I spent a lot of extra time with my kids and didn't waste their time rooting for UCLA sports.
The extra time in my life was well worth not caring about a program that doesn't value itself.
This isn't the quiet part. You are just too dumb to realize the obvious, which is why you have an emotional tie to it.
You act as if you are trying to tell everyone some secret when this has been well-known for 2 decades. Move on.
