You don't know the specifics of any of these agreements. Are you a lawyer? I don't think you are, but idk.
You're going through all these hypotheticals and sub-hypotheticals. A lot could happen, but you're making claims about who should get money when you know very little about what is actually going on.
For example, you say that if Arkansas gets money from Madden, "surely" Tennessee will come after Nico. I don't see that as a sure thing at all. Different contract, different facts. The guy was on campus for 2 years, and played in almost 20 games! You won't even consider that his situation might be just a little different than Madden's, who was on campus for 3 months and never took a snap? Or that suing someone like Nico could bring about an ugly countersuit of some kind? Again, your own words have you way over your skis.
You say Madden breached the contract. He may very well have. But can you tell me exactly what the breach was? For example, was he required to be on the team for a certain amount of time? Also, how do you know Arkansas is entitled to $200K, as opposed to, say, $80K?
Your posts on this topic are just speculation piled on more speculation, seemingly colored by the fact that you just really hate the current system.
