The UCLA job is desirable.

Some folks think that no one will want to coach at UCLA. I don't agree.

One claim is that it is too hard to win at UCLA. Coaches generally have HUGE egos and believe they can win anywhere.

Some of the assets of the job:

- We are in the Big Ten, with all that prestige and money.
- Los Angeles is seen by many as a great place to live. Would you rather spend your winters in Minnesota or your summers in Arizona or Texas or Florida.
- So Cal is a hotbed of football talent.
- Yes, our fan support sucks, but we have shown that we will show up if the team is any good.
- The pressure of the job is less than it is in football-crazed places like Texas and the South.

The UCLA job isn't for everyone, but there will be plenty of quality coaches who would definitely want the job.

It seems VERY unlikely that we can hire a sitting Big Ten or SEC coach like Cignetti or the guy at Vanderbilt. Other than that, our job will be attractive to plenty of guys.
