not the Rose Bowl Game. The Rose Bowl Operating Company, a offshoot of the City of Pasadena responsible for the financial health and management of the stadium, and the City are suing UCLA for breach of contract, not the Rose Bowl Game.
This has nothing to do with the game or the evolution of the BCS to the CFP and the Rose Bowl's place in that relationship. This is entirely the City of Pasadena and it's elected officials and has nothing to do with the Tournament of Roses and the Rose Bowl game.
