There's reporting now speculating Johnson might keep the House closed into December because there's a special election in Tenn and the GOP candidate is expected to win. If they wait until then, they will swear in Grijalva and the GOP TEnn candidate at the same time. This will replace Mark Green whose seat has been Vacant since June when he took a private sector job

So IF Johnson holds this long, and the GOP wins, that winner Matt Van Epps would add 1 vote to NOT releasing the files offsetting Grijalvas vote and protecting Trump.
