Out of curiosity, what percent extra do you think they charge.

I'm willing to pay for a little convenience and a very short warranty.

I've never liked buying via private party. What I used to do is go to dealers and give then $400 above wholesale price before I went to carmax. Is that too high also?

I'm not great on this stuff.
