I think he laid out the facts of the case pretty clearly without making any judgments.

I agree with the facts as stated and think it was murder. There was no reason to shoot at the driver even if she was "non-compliant". That's not a capital offense.

I think you (like many on both sides) are letting your emotions get in the way.
