I mean, FIFA has said there would be in match consequences for Mexico for the Puto! cheer. I’ve watched one Mex match and it was loud and clear. Not to mention the widely circulating clip of Mexico fans is Aztecs loudly sereding an England fan with “Culero! Culero!” No consequence of course.
