call this game (my guess? significantly) and how much will the US team try to take advantage of that (my guess? a lot).
I'm hoping that today's game is called well and even and the game survives this, but I'm telling you, if the US advances to the next stage (a) there will be an asterisk on the win, and (b) all future games involving the US national team in this cup will be played under the shadow of corruption.
The US actually has a good team that plays well and they don't deserve this. But they have the misfortune to be participating the cup in Trump's America (which already puts them behind the 8-ball, perception-wise), as opposed to Harris' (say what you will, she would not have intrefered).
