Roberts court SCOTUS is a political operation pure and simple

The majority has demonstrated over and over that it does not feel constrained by precedent, the language of the Constitution or any accurate historical framework. Anyone who says otherwise is not paying attention, stupid, or disingenuous. Or some combination of the above.
