This is unbelievable. More preemptive surrender.

2008 showed us very clearly that the economically powerful have nothing to fear and the government has their back no matter what. If this is what I think it is, this one shows once and for all that the politically powerful have nothing to fear when it comes to justice and the courts will have their back no matter what.

Are we now all seeing that the stories of the American greatness we kept telling ourselves were all fairy tales, end to end?
