This is intrinsically a bad idea. Especially with a GOP who thrives on obstruction of any legislation and a majority which is incapable of passing any law which isn’t performative and cruel.

Republicans have pushed for a sunset law as a means of getting rid of social security, Medicare, the EPA, voting rights (SCOTUS took care of that one), the NLRA, and many other essential laws. Workers Compensation or unemployment insurance? Just sunset ‘em, and blame the Dems for not agreeing to whatever shyte gutting of the laws batsh!t cretins like MGT and the like want to dangle.

The Arizona court decision is a horrific one that is illogical. It ignores a recent statute on the same subject. The Comstock Act has not been used for the purposes a second Trump admin would use it.

These are political choices by current politicians, many of them FedSoc lunatics on the bench.
