that surface the way Comstock Act is poised to do? It is very unlikely hat it can be repealed in the current congressional configuration and god knows what other laws there are out there waiting to be re-discovered? It would be very hard to remove the layers upon layers of archaic laws we've accumulated in the past 250 years without a mechanism to automatically clear out the underbrush.

So do we live with bad laws and just choose not to implement them? That comes across as a really bad practice to me.
