1. You have an activist judge who will help eliminate possible Trumpers. This changes the odds from 9 to 1 to an even more extreme ratio.

2. Even if a lone undercover Trumper gets on somehow, the peer pressure during deliberations will be immense. The guy will know if he’s the lone holdout he will likely be outed publicly. That’s a burden few people will be willing to take on.
