parts of a couple of the playoff games in the last few years but lost interest pretty quickly. And I used to love watching the NBA games--back in the day when team rosters remained basically the same for several years and you could watch players grow into the systems and become stars. Same thing with the college game. Much of the fun was watching players and teams develop over a 4 year period and that's something that I really loved about college ball.
All that being said, I have basketball in my blood and am a glutton for punishmemt. So I'll still remain a Bruin fan, win or lose. Just isn't as much fun or pure as it used to be and there is no way the NCAA can, with a straight face, call these guys student athletes. But with the game changing/evolving and teams being constructed differently each year and the college game becoming the "junior NBA", I'll just have to adjust.
