CAL to be annual game?

It appears as if the Cal game is probably going to be an annual 'rivalry' game, which, if the B1G ever starts requiring a power 4 non-conference game, would be satisfied, BUT, I'd much rather play Stanford.

Mostly for selfish reasons - #1 being that tailgating at Cal SUCKS (is basically non-existent), whereas Stanford is great for tailgating. Also, I live in the Bay Area and my Dad went to Stanford, so those games were always more fun.

Oh, and I'd rather not be wasting a Power 4 non-conference game on Cal every year. Some of my favorite games have been the other non-conference games - e.g Texas, LSU, Alabama, Tennessee, Texas A&M, Notre Dame, etc. (I could throw in games against now B1G foes like Nebraska and Michigan too). those home and homes were some of the best games to go to, while Cal is basically meh.
