health care.

He has a place to live if he wants it. He is choosing to live in a car and get little sleep, while renting his house to people who will never pay him.

He's continuing to make horrible decisions. Imo, giving him a cashflow now would be pointless. He needs a place to live. He has a place to live. Until he settles into his own house and gets a routine, any equity he pulls out of the house will be squandered. Dude needs to take the first step, and it's easy. Live in his own home. Get up in the morning, make himself an egg. Have a salad for lunch. And, something cheap for dinner.

Someone will likely respond that he can't live in the house because there are squatters. I'm pretty damn confident that there is nothing in the squatters' rights that prevent him from living there as well.

Imo, until he hits those basic benchmarks, you are spinning your wheels. He needs mental health help.

Not the answer you are looking for, I know.

Does he have a social worker?
