I don't like Trump.

I don't want to profit from NVIDIA chips to China.

They are finding lower-end NVIDIA chips in Russian drones.

I don't want China to be able to improve on accelerating AI algorithms with lower-end NVIDIA chips as they did earlier this year.

China having zero NVIDIA chips is a good thing.
