LV has reinvented itself a few times over the years and probably will again, but yeah, right now it sucks. It hasn't happened overnight and the results have been predictable. I'm sure there's some algorithm telling the CEOs that increase the stock price the most with higher prices on everything like they said, the problem being that it's unsustainable over time.
The very worst investment right now has to be LV real estate. In the next 5 years the sprawling mess is going to empty out. Fifteen or 20 years later it might bounce back but I wouldn't want to own anything there right now.
