Maybe we can hook him up with Steve Lavin's tailor. You're also missing that Foster was hired for the sake of continuity, not coaching prowess.

Why hire him over Bruin Chris Horton, who at least is an NFL ST coach under a Super Bowl winning coach, and has no connection to the failed Chip?

Why not hire Tony White, another Bruin who has actually been a successful coordinator at several different schools, and has no connection to Chip?
