Schlee is a window into the offensive creativity of the new staff. Schlee offers an unorthodox attack methodology in that he's essentially a passing wildcat back. (His style and lean look like Gary Beban.)
He runs incredibly well but his passing needs to improve, but with that and a broader playbook, the Schlee package could be an immense add for the offense, used to break defensive momentum and making it tougher to hone in on our conventional attack and weapons.
Like the curve ball to Koufax's fastball.
If Schlee transfers, look out. It probably means the offensive coaching staff is hide-bound and orthodox, lacking the imagination and vision to use him creatively. That would lower the ceiling for the offense overall.
