What does it cost to offer a recruit?

My sense is that it costs next to nothing.

And I'd estimate that about 80% of verbals actually sign with that school, on average. So a verbal isn't a guarantee. A lot can and will happen between now and the end of the 2024 season. If Ucla shiits the bed, some of the recruits will peel off, and recruiting mo will dissipate (if not die).

Ucla fan better hope, for DF's sake, that the Books & Ball Holdovers retain that execution edge they got from Kelly's 150 snap trainings from the last 2 or 3 years.
