That is their ceiling. In the general if Hilton gets all 39% to support him, he'll still get clobbered and I don't see a guy polling at 36-9% generating much enthusiasm or turnout.
The Democratic vote was split but Becerra, Mahan, Steyer Villaraigosa and Porter getting 55%.
