He will make his intentions known. He is not going to be a lame duck for the next two years. He won't let Rubio or Vance make preparations to run for president and steal the spotlight from him. He will see that as a sign of disloyalty and crush them. How Rubio and Vance tiptoe around Trump will be quite telling.
