because he didn't ask for it. Chip wouldn't even talk to donors, so why ask them to donate NIL bucks? Chip didn't want to recruit, so why have a recruiting staff?
It's well documented that Chip wouldn't let his staff make offers to players until they had been triple vetted by his Magic 8 Ball.
It had nothing to do with priorities or limited NIL resources, because Chip didn't care about NIL, and because 2-star FCS portal transfers don't need NIL bucks anyway.
If you have any actual factual evidence that shows you know something that Bolch doesn't, even though he's been the Times' full-time beat writer since 1999, please feel free to post it.
If you have polls or surveys that shows Bolch's columns, or anyone else's, have swung anyones opinion, please feel free to post them here.
