Appeals court oddly sides with Trump on NG

Just came across my feed, that the appeals court said despite agreeing that the NG situation is beyond their control, they are temporarily agreeing with Trump and allowing him to continue to control the California National Guard.

So they basically said we don't have jurisdiction but we're going to side with Trump for now anyways.
