Texas released information on its own internal state investigation of illegal aliens voting and discovered 21% of the people flagged in the SAVE database as NOT being citizens were in fact citizens. 578 full blown citizens were removed from the voter rolls and notified they were not citizens until they proved they were, of those 578, 506 of them were not only US citizens, they have valid US passports!
Texas flagged 2724 people as potentially not citizens and removed them all from the voter rolls. When the investigation had concluded 117 of those people were referred to state AG. no information is listed on how many, if any, had actually illegally voted
"After running 18m voters through DHS database, TX identified roughly 2700 people who could be non-citizens," he wrote. "Officials investigated those 2700 and wound up referring just 117 of them to the AG. Nearly 600 people flagged as non-citizens were actually citizens (staggering 21% error)."
