Foster has a demeanor similar to Dorrell, very low key. You really need a Mora or Neuheisel type of personality to deal with recruiting and donors to nil.

And no, it is very rare rare that a position coach jumps to head coach without being a coordinator. Especially to a P-4 conference team.

My fingers are crossed, but I’m really pessimistic.
