And, since it was mentioned in the article .... I linked an article a few days ago that said that there already are "buy out" payments being made, they have been done behind the scenes, w/o publicity. Don't argue with me, argue with whomever was quoted by ESPN (I forget).

And, I read, but am not sure I linked, an article that said that Nico was kicked off the team before he entered the portal. That may negate any claim for damages Tennessee could assert.
