AIS, as they're currently constituted, require a lot of processing power and data, which ordinary servers can't come close to duplicating. That's why they need those data centers. So they can't just replicate themselves willy nilly.

What they can do instead is take control of those servers and make them subservient to itself. We can plug the rest of your scenario in after that step.

In terms of taking over and replicating itself, that would have to be a battle between data centers, and I'm sure the captains of our industry, i.e., the boy geniuses, have thought through that problem since they are famously all caution as opposed to, I dunno, "moving fast and breaking things".
