There's been speculation he's taking an experimental drug for dementia and they give it to him via IV so the hand is bruised from that. And it's why they're doing annual physicals with MRI's every few months, they're checking to see if the drug is working or not.

I could believe cancer but given the way he acts I'm pretty confident he does have dementia
