Key Demographic Data for Skyline High School:
Asian: ~42.3% – 46.7%
White: ~37.5% – 41.5%
Multiracial: ~9.5%
Hispanic/Latino: ~8.1% – 9.3%
Black/African American: ~1.9% – 2.2%
Other (Native American/Pacific Islander): <1%
My wife is Native American (I am White - Latvian) and even when all three were enrolled they could never push it above 1%.
Anyway, my daughter was in a group in one of her IB classes and they got a B because one of the members misread the instructions. That group member was in tears so my daughter trying to console her said "It is just one B, we will make it up", to which the girl replied, "you don't understand, you're only half Asian".
