And no idea when that might happen. Until that gets done, the Rose Bowl will remain the least comfortable, most unpleasant game-watching experience in major college football. Sure, tailgates are fun, and the setting is truly beautiful. But the bottom line (at least for me) is, I go to a football game... to watch a football game.
