So, the red states gerrymander to give the Republicans more representation on Congress. In response, the blue states gerrymander to give the Democrats more representation in Congress.

Is this any way to run a democracy? Will further empowering the edges get us to the middle? Will compromise get thrown out the window?

Will this government of the people, by the people, for the people perish from this country? If that happens, there will be no winners and losers, just losers.
