Rose Bowl is really worried about UCLA moving to So-Fi. I mean, if Rose Bowl is already filing a lawsuit only because UCLA has had some internal discussion about the move, then it must've been really worried. Losing UCLA shouldn't really be a big loss due to its low attendance.

On the other hand, why the F did Dan Guerrero sign such a long lease (until 2044!!??) when better options are available? So-Fi was in the work when Dan Guerrero signed the lease, wasn't it?
